Bob wrote this song several years ago after seeing the heart breaking experience of addiction in a couple of friends. Ron's spiritual moans and deep connection to the lyric through his own experiences, made this track a wonderfully emotional creation. That spirit was embodied by Todd's impassioned electric guitar track. Rick, adding the ideal percussion behind his drum track, gave the song its foundation. This was really fun to record, everyone in the band giving their full effort to carry the song's dark emotive feel.
